Lawley Village is being built by a consortium of national house builders that form the Lawley Village Developer Group (LVDG).

Bournville Stewardship Services are not involved in the construction of the development and only manage the land when it is completed and transferred by the developers.

The information on this page is intended to give an overview of the development and demonstrate the scale of the Village that we will manage. For more specific information on the development or any questions about the construction, please visit the LVDG website www.lawleyvillage.com

Lawley Village when completed will have 3,550 new homes, together with a new commercial centre comprising a range of shops, healthcare facilities, pubs, restaurants and a new primary school.

In 2015, the developers passed the 1,000 homes occupied mark and are continuing to build around 20 homes a month.

Phases 1A, 1B, 2 (Lawley Square) and 4 are all built with phases 3 and 6 nearing completion. Phase 8 has just started and developers are now looking at Phase 7.

In total the Village will include around 107 hectares (264 acres) of developed areas and a further 30 hectares (74 acres) of public open space.

Development of Lawley Village started in 2007 and is anticipated to continue until 2027.
