Becci Youlden – Head of Stewardship and New Communities
Responsible for the delivery of the Stewardship function within Lawley and Lightmoor Village and manages the BVT Team.

BVT Community Team in Shropshire
Fleur Hemming-Mount – Community Development and Involvement Manager
Fleur is responsible for community development and involving residents in the management of Lawley Village. Fleur also delivers the same function in Lightmoor and in our established communities throughout Telford.

Estate Management Team in Shropshire
John Haywood – Estates Manager
John is responsible for co-ordinating the Estate Management function at Lawley, including the maintenance of open spaces owned by BVT and the enforcement of covenants. John is also responsible for the same function in Lightmoor.
